NOTICE TO ALL BOOKING ENQUIRIES
It is with much sadness we need to notify you that our club will be closed to bookings due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is a troubling time but in best practice for a public venue, we think it necessary that we consider our duty of care not only to our guests but also our elder members and volunteer staff.
We are very sorry that we cannot host your celebration and hope that this global health is managed in a manner that we can all get back to normal.
Update on COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
The Club has determined it is critical to communicate with members during these unprecedented times, so please read and act on the advice or directions included in these eNews.
Several new decisions or requests of Members are detailed below, aimed at keeping the Club open and our Members and staff healthy for as long as possible, while mitigating the risk of the transferral of COVID 19.
As per the Government initiative on 15 March 2020, any Members, visitors or staff who have returned to Australia from overseas must self-isolate for 14 days before accessing the Club until further notice. There must be no exception to this process.
Any Member who as returned to Australia before the Government imposed curfew communicated on the 15th March is asked to respectfully stay away from the Club for a period of 14 days from your return. This is an added precaution to help ensure the health and safety of our Members, Staff and Guests.
It is vitally important that any Member or staff member who tests positive to COVID-19 must inform the Club as soon as possible.
If you feel the need to be tested within 7 days of visiting the Club, please have the courtesy to advise the management team so a potential contact list can be prepared.
